About Us

The Fox Valley Metropolitan Police Department became a reality on April 1, 1995.  Joining the police departments from the Villages of Kimberly and Little Chute created the consolidation.  On July 1, 2011 Combined Locks became a partner in Fox Valley Metro.

The Village of Little Chute operates as the fiscal agent for the consolidation.

The department serves a combined population of approximately 21,000 residents and operates out of the Little Chute Safety Center.

The Fox Valley Metro Police Department currently employs 30 sworn officers and 4 civilian support staff.
