The fastest and simplest way to request an absentee ballot is to visit MyVote.wi.gov. You will be asked to enter your name, birth date and verify your voter information. Select the election(s) you would like to vote absentee. Voters who are required to proved a photo ID should attach a copy of their photo ID to the request. This can be a photo taken with your smart phone or tablet of your ID. A “selfie” is NOT considered acceptable photo ID. Request must generally be made by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the election.

Request by Mail.
Complete the Application for Absentee Ballot and mail or bring it into the Clerk's Office at 108 W. Main Street, Little Chute, WI 54140.  In order for an absentee ballot to be mailed to you, the application must be received in the Clerk's office no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday before the election. The last day the Clerk's office is allowed by State Law to mail a ballot is the Thursday preceding the Election.

Request in Person at the Village Clerk's Office.
In-person Absentee Voting generally begins the third Monday before an Election.  For larger elections, in-person voting may begin as early as when ballots are received.  In-person Absentee Voting ends at 5:00 p.m. on the FRIDAY before an Election.   Absentee Voting will not take place the Saturday, Sunday or Monday preceding the Election. This is State Law.
